It is a key construction project in Fujian Province, with a total planned area of 7,900 mu. Among them, the professional market covers an area of 2,200 mu and is divided into three phases. The professional market in the first phase of the project covers a total area of 400 mu, with a total of more than 2,000 shops. At present, areas A, C, and D of the first phase of the professional market have completed 99.1% of the investment promotion, of which foreign merchants accounted for 28.5%. The renovation rate is 98%. As of April 18, a total of 800 stores have been renovated, and 60% of the stores are officially open.
